Roscosmos
Russia's planned partially-reusable, methane-fueled successor to Soyuz-2, designed for low-cost high-cadence launches.
Amur is a proposed partially-reusable, methane-fueled orbital launch vehicle announced by Roscosmos in 2020. Its first stage is designed to return to the launch site and land vertically, similar to SpaceX's Falcon 9. Intended as a cheaper, modular replacement for the Soyuz-2, it is planned to launch from Vostochny Cosmodrome with a target first flight no earlier than 2026.
